Agreement with SKY on neighbouring rights.

ITSRIGHT announces the signing of the agreement with SKY on neighbouring rights, due to performers and producers, for the use of music through tv programmes (such as XFactor, Italia's got talent), on demand channels, My Sky, SkyQ and Sky Glass devices.
This agreement  follows the deals  already in place with the main Italian radio and tv broadcasters.
ITSRIGHT is today the only performers’ collective management organisation operating in Italy, which negotiates and collects independently and directly compensation due to artists rightholders for the public use of sound recordings.
