Radio broadcasters and ITSRIGHT sign agreements on neighbouring rights.

RTL 102,5, Radio Deejay, Radio Capital, RDS, Radio Italia, Montecarlo, Radio 105, Radio 101, Subasio, Virgin Radio, M20, Radio Kiss Kiss, Disco Radio: Italian radio stations has signed music license agreements with ITSRIGHT to include recorded music as part of their programming.
Simplified conditions are provided for 2020 and 2021 and pave the way, for the future, to the “pay-per-use” model proposed by ITSRIGHT: a new, simple and bespoke way to get music licenses, which value performers and producers’ repertoire.
