THE ITALIAN AUTHORITY: ITSRIGHT IS IN THE LIST OF COLLECTING MANAGEMENT ORGANISATIONS THAT CAN OPERATE IN THE NEIGHBOURING RIGHTS MARKET

The Italian Authority has published in its website the list of the Collective Management Organisations (CMO) and the Independent Management Entities (IME) entitled to operate in the Italian neighbouring rights market.ITSRIGHT is in the list as a collective management organisation and it’s in full compliance with the Italian Authority’s requirement regulation.
