Legislative Decree n. 177/2021, 08.11.2021 on copyright in the DSM

Italy has implemented the so-called Copyright Directive by approving the Legislative Decree 177/2021, which contains new measures that regulate the dynamics in the field of digital exploitation with the aim of protecting rights holders, specifically performing artists and authors.
