The Court of Rome rejected Nuovo Imaie’s claim on the order filed in January by Judge of the Civil Court of Rome.

New IMAIE contested the agreement signed by SCF and ITSRIGHT, regarding the distribution of performing rights’ compensations.

Meanwhile, an agreement between SCF-ITSRIGHT and Nuovo IMAIE ended all polemics. The market can be now fully operative.

Finally performing rights’ compensations have been unlock. ITSRIGHT started distributing the first advances to performers, in the last few weeks.
