Private copying: decree published in the Official Gazette.

The Italian Decree which updates, for the next three years, the remuneration for private copying, has been published in the Official Gazette.

 The adjustment of the private copy’s remuneration is a process which is interesting  many European countries. Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, France and Germany, for instance, have already updates rates, applying standard sometimes even much higher than what is defined in Italy.
