IMAIE in liquidation: communication to artists

ITSRIGHT has worked during these weeks on the analysis of the final balance of the IMAIE in liquidation that has been filled at the beginning of October. The initial summary analysis the balance seemed to contain all the amounts requested by ITSRIGHT on behalf of its mandators. Unfortunately, going forward we found numerous anomalies, duplications and conflicts that risk to compromise the credits of all the artists represented by ITSRIGHT. So, in order to protect the artist represented, ITSRIGHT was therefore forced to lodge a complaint against the balance. The aim is to carry out an analytical comparison with the Commissioners, under the supervision of the Court, in order to obtain the necessary adjustments of all the positions of the individual artists. ITSRIGHT hopes that the procedure will be resolved in a very short time.
