Agreement signed between ITSRIGHT, SCF and Nuovo Imaie.
ITSRIGHT, SCF and Nuovo Imaie have signed an agreement to distribute neighbouring rights’ compensations.
“This agreement inaugurates a new dynamic phase for the market. Collective management organisations will be more focused on quality and price of services provided to performers and they will operate within the market’s rules”, said Gianluigi Chiodaroli, President of ITSRIGHT.
The agreement makes fully operational and effective the neighbouring rights' market liberalization and ends, hopefully, a season of bitter controversy.
