Corriere della Sera publishes today an article on neighbouring rights’ market (p. 33).
The article emphasizes Nuovo Imaie’s attempt to block the market, suing Itsright and SCF, trying to boycott the effects of the first agreement that gives concrete application to what is established with extreme clarity in the Liberalization’s law. The agreement signed last month by ITSRIGHT with SCF represents the collective management organisations’ commitment to implement what is established by law.
